Information we ask for
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, preferred language, and the offering you’re considering. A short message is optional. Partnership inquiries may include an organization and professional role. Please do not send account numbers, identification numbers, financial balances, or financial documents through this form.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details to respond, discuss the offering you selected, and coordinate the next steps you request. The form asks for permission to contact you about that inquiry. It does not add you to a marketing list.
Where inquiries go
Submitted inquiries are stored in our site’s database, hosted through Sites in ChatGPT Work using Cloudflare infrastructure. The founder inbox requires ChatGPT sign-in and server-side authorization for the configured site owner. Inquiry details are not displayed on public pages. Automatic email notifications and automatic emailed receipts are not enabled.
Website operations
Our hosting provider processes technical request information to deliver and secure the site. The form uses a daily salted network hash and short-lived counters to limit abuse; our application does not store raw network addresses with inquiries. Operational counters are removed after approximately 24 hours when new submissions arrive. This site does not embed advertising pixels or analytics tools. ChatGPT sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication mechanisms for the founder inbox.
The monthly check-in
Check-in answers stay in page memory. They are not submitted to our database. Downloading creates a file on your device; printing uses your browser’s print feature. Closing, refreshing, or leaving the page clears those answers.
Questions, access, and deletion requests
Email contact@prosperaheritage.com with questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your inquiry details. We may need to verify the request before taking action. Inquiry records are retained as needed to respond and coordinate requested services; the written retention schedule and request-handling procedure require founder review before this notice is published.
Other websites and future changes
External links, including social media and your email application, operate under their own policies. If we add a form service, email notifications, analytics, or payment processing, we will review the data flow and update this notice before enabling those features.
Retention proposal — founder approval pending
Proposed schedule: delete inquiry records 12 months after the last inquiry activity, unless an active service relationship or a documented legal requirement calls for a different schedule. Review records monthly; verify access or deletion requests through the original inquiry email and aim to respond within 30 days. This is a draft operational proposal, not an active automatic deletion feature or a published commitment. Hosting backups and provider logs may follow separate retention schedules that must be confirmed before approval.
